This past Mother’s Day, I sent this picture to my mother saying that her grandchildren are coming soon. Though we are excited to see family, we are also sad to leave the work here and the friends that we have made. We often find ourselves caught between these two worlds.
Pray for our team as two families will be returning back to the States for one year. This leaves a void on the field for the work that needs to be done and also requires great transition for these families. Pray particularly for the children who constantly seem to be experiencing constant change.

Keeping the two families leaving field and those on the field all in our prayers; especially the children as they are part of so many changes, whether ones staying or ones leaving!

A fun picture for your mother. I have felt at times that it would be great if we could live in several places (and in several different countries) at the same time. That is impossible of course but it would take care of the pain of leaving people we love.
