Please join us in praying against the Spirit of Religion and Law that blinds many of our friends in this place. Intercede this week on behalf of one specific friend, N, who is stuck despite hearing the Truth week after week. He believes that he will be deceived if he reads the Bible on his own. We know that this is a spiritual battle. We know that God’s word is alive and powerful, and we are asking for the Holy Spirit to break through and open N’s eyes.
“For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. 20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.21 I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!” Galatians 2:19-21
